As a coach, I work with executives, leaders and managers of large companies, many of whom are in transition or changing work environments. My clients are high achievers who want to go beyond their present level and get tangible results for themselves and their teams. They want to improve their work performance and effectiveness as leaders, step up and meet the challenges that come with change.
The business owners I work with are the decision makers of businesses in growth phases or making changes in strategic direction.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), I have the qualifications and experience to help you take your organisation, business or team to the next level.
How I work when coaching clients.........
LS&A has facilitated strategic planning processes for businesses, government and not-for profit organisations. These projects include community consultations, strategic planning sessions for Boards of Directors and management teams, strategic business planning, industry development planning and economic development plans.

Lesley Schoer & Associates Pty Limited (LS&A) is based in Coffs Harbour, NSW and provides specialised services in coaching, strategic planning, facilitation, economic and regional development, community consultation, people and change management, research and policy development.
Who do we work with and what have we done?
Lesley is committed to community development. She volunteers with the Cancer Council NSW and mentors coaches and women in business.

Lesley is a volunteer with the Cancer Council of NSW, currently serving as Chair of the MNC Regional Advisory Committee, as a staff partner and coach f some of the managers. She was Chair of the Coffs Harbour Relay for Life Committee for 3 years during which $300,000 was raised to help defeat cancer.
Lesley is a member of the Coffs Harbour Chamber of Commerce; the Coffs Coast Business Womens' Network and the ETC Business Club. For several years, she was a volunteer mentor for the Women in Business Program and continues to mentor women in business.
Lesley is an active member of the coaching community. She is a member and Professional Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation. Lesley is an Agency Coach with Results Coaching Systems and is a Results Coach Mentor.
